PPID of Universitas Diponegoro Profile
The Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) is the official vested with the authority and responsibility for the storage, documentation, provision, and/or delivery of public information within a public body, in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure.
Pursuant to the Universitas Diponegoro Rector’s Decree Number 6 of 2021 regarding the organizational structure under the Rector, PPID functions are administered by the Integrated Service Sub-Unit of the Bureau of Communication and Business.
Universitas Diponegoro reaffirms its commitment to delivering high-quality public services by upholding the motto “Faster (Fast Service, Top Respond).”

The Superior Officer of the PPID of Universitas Diponegoro is held by the Rector of Universitas Diponegoro, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si. He serves as the Rector of Universitas Diponegoro for the 2024–2029 term. He is a faculty member of the Faculty of Economics and Business and an expert in Human Resource Management.
